Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PublicCharts (“PublicCharts”, “we”, “us”), a property of Klvr Digital LLC, handles information when you visit publiccharts.com.
1. Who we are
PublicCharts publishes interactive dashboards built from official public data. You can browse the site without creating an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information to use it.
2. Information we collect
We do not intentionally collect personal information that identifies you. We (and our hosting and content-delivery providers) may automatically receive standard technical data that browsers send with every request — such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view — which is used to operate, secure, and improve the site. We may also store small amounts of data in cookies or your browser’s local storage, as described below.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
We use the following categories. You can review and change your choices at any time via Cookie settings (also linked in the footer).
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choices. These are always on.
- Analytics (optional) — help us understand anonymous, aggregate usage so we can improve the site. Used only with your consent.
- Advertising (optional) — allow advertising partners to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads. Used only with your consent.
4. Advertising
We may display third-party advertising on this site, including through Google AdSense and other advertising partners. When advertising cookies are enabled with your consent, these partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads — including ads personalized based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
We implement Google’s Consent Mode, so advertising and analytics signals default to “denied” until you choose to allow them. You can manage advertising cookies through our Cookie settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising via:
- Google Ads Settings — adssettings.google.com
- How Google uses cookies in advertising — policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Digital Advertising Alliance — optout.aboutads.info / youradchoices.com
- Network Advertising Initiative — optout.networkadvertising.org
5. Analytics
If analytics are enabled with your consent, we use them only in aggregate to understand site usage. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors.
6. Public data sources
The dashboards display data drawn from public sources such as FRED, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Energy Information Administration, NOAA, the U.S. Census Bureau, USDA, the CDC, NASA/JPL and others. These are data sources for the charts; simply viewing our site does not share your personal information with them. Some pages embed third-party content (for example, satellite imagery), which is governed by those providers’ own policies.
7. Your choices & rights
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time via Cookie settings, and you can clear cookies and local storage through your browser. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Data retention & security
We retain technical and log data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, and we use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
