PublicCharts provides interactive dashboards and visualizations built from publicly available data, for general informational purposes.
2. No warranty; accuracy of data
The data shown is compiled from third-party public sources and is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site or its data are accurate, complete, current, or error-free, and figures may be delayed or revised by the original sources. Nothing on the Site is professional, financial, investment, legal, or medical advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Always consult the original source for authoritative figures.
3. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, layout, original code, text, and the PublicCharts and Klvr Digital names and logos are owned by Klvr Digital LLC and protected by applicable law. The underlying public datasets belong to their respective sources (much of it U.S. government work in the public domain), subject to those sources’ terms.
4. Embedding & attribution
You may embed our charts on your own website using the embed feature we provide, on the condition that you do not remove, hide, alter, or obscure the PublicCharts watermark, branding, or the link back to publiccharts.com. Except for such embedding, you may not scrape, bulk-copy, frame, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; to misrepresent the data or its source; or to use automated means to overload or harvest the Site.
6. Third-party links & advertising
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertising (including via Google AdSense). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, sites, products, or advertising. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
